Great!

Two little comments:
- Instead of "Here is what you can find on Idealist.org" I should put "Here is what you can DO..."
- The line with the "Terms and Conditions- Privacy Policy...etc" I think it divides the page a lot...I should put it in the traditional place, at the bottom of the page...
